Shipping policy

Delivery times are 4–6 days for Sweden, 6–10 days for Europe and 7–14 days for the rest of the world. Although parcels generally arrive on time, I usually allow the post office up to 2 weeks for delivery within Europe and up to 4–5 weeks for international delivery before returning the item or issuing a refund for non-delivery. Thank you for your understanding: the postal service can be unreliable and I’m just a small, independent business :)

Please remember that shipping around public holidays can be unpredictable, so it’s best to order well in advance or pay for faster delivery to ensure quicker delivery times.

For deliveries outside Europe, the buyer is responsible for any additional charges that may be levied by customs. We dispatch orders via Postnord. We do not accept financial liability for any delays caused by the courier company.

If your purchase is a gift, I’m happy to send it directly to the recipient and include a personal note if requested. Please provide the details you’d like included in the message box at checkout.

If you notice any damage to the parcel, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and file a damage claim. Do not accept a damaged parcel! If you do not notice the damage until you have opened the parcel, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling by the post office or the carrier, you should contact them and file a damage claim. If any dispute with the post office or the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.
