Refund policy

Sometimes it just doesn’t feel right… and that’s perfectly fine! Please let me know that you’ve changed your mind and include your name, address, email address, order number and details of the items you wish to return. You must return your item within 14 days and you are responsible for the return postage. Naturally, the item must not have been worn and must be in its original condition so that I can resell it.


We comply with the Distance Selling Act in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Agency’s recommendations. Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return ordered, fault-free items without giving any reason. However, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to personalised items based on measurements etc., but if there is a fault with the item, we will do all we can to solve the problem for you. 


Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the item (does not apply to specially ordered items). There is always a warranty on the products you purchase (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing fault with the product, you will always receive a replacement; however, the warranty does not apply to wear and tear. You are responsible for the return postage when returning an item (not in the case of a complaint). For a refund, please provide your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.
