What is the returns policy?
Our aim is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue with you. You have a 14-day right of return on all items that are not made to measure or on sale.
Are there any purchases that cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns on made-to-measure garments or sale items. However, we will always resolve any issues that may arise.
When will I receive my order?
All items in stock are dispatched within 1–3 days. Made-to-measure garments are dispatched within 4–6 weeks, depending on the type of garment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with further details. Delivery times also vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our garments are made locally in Uppland, Sweden. In fact, most of them are made in-house in our own studio. We carefully select sustainable and recycled materials and closely monitor the production process to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the delivery cost before you make your purchase. For orders over 1,000 SEK, delivery is free.
