OUR VISION

No more fitting room stress: Our satisfied customers get their favorite garment in our PREorder collection adjusted to their body measurements - a garment that fits immediately because you order based on personal measurements and wishes. You can also have these models sewn in your own fabric.
Want to try something unique? Check out our One of a kind collection: REmake by RAORI. These unique garments are manufactured in a climate-smart way and take advantage of your old memories: your grandmother's embroidered tablecloths and curtains come to life again and are transformed into a unique garment that you will be the only one to wear.
Our vision for a sustainable fashion brand was born from thinking about women's everyday lives and the future of our beautiful planet. We design clothes that fit you and your life, with pockets and elastic waistbands that can handle our changing female bellies.

Our RAORI collection is produced "made to order", which means that the garment is only made after you place the order, and is also based on your measurements. We use sustainably produced fabrics such as linen, hemp, lyocell, organic cotton, wool or Deadstock, materials that the fashion industry has already discarded.

MADE IN SWEDEN
We manufacture our garments in-house on a small farm outside Uppsala. We are proud of our collaboration with local tailors and seamstresses; by supporting newly arrived small businesses, we help the local economy grow, improve integration and reduce our carbon footprint by keeping production closer to home.
RECYCLING
Textile waste in the world is a serious problem. We work according to the Zero Waste principle and try to create as little waste as possible during the production process. By creating specially cut pattern pieces that use almost all of the fabric, as well as using fabric waste to create new products and by cutting out one garment at a time, we can puzzle with the pattern pieces during cutting and are proud of the incredibly low fabric waste we create.
By also using second-hand textiles, we have a very low carbon footprint. And the fabrics we buy new, like linen and hemp, are known to use very little water. To compare: a cotton shirt takes 2,700 liters of water to produce, while the same shirt in linen only uses 8 liters.

THOUGHTS FROM OUR DESIGNER
"How I dealt with my climate anxiety".
I had felt for years that something was wrong with the fashion industry, but I still wanted to create clothes. I decided to leave the industry and start my own path, and pretty soon I found that my climate anxiety began to heal.
I don't want clothes to be just another consumable item that ends up in landfill sooner or later. Instead, I want to make clothes from the enormous textile waste that already exists or create clothes that actually fit, where customers can choose the length, fit and measurements themselves. A garment that they can easily take care of year after year, made from sustainably produced materials, manufactured in a way that they can feel safe with.
The goal is to create a garment that the customer will love! Timeless, local, Fairtrade and easy to repair if something breaks.
Together we can create a change in our consumption behavior.
